Confused about what’s what with nutrition and food? Overwhelmed by conflicting advice? Want to learn more about how nutrition can support body and mind? How you can feel more energised and empowered? The six week course will introduce you to some essential principles of Natural Nutrition with both theoretical and practical sessions each week. You will come away with a greater understanding of how the body works, how we are affected by different cycles, and a practical understanding of how to restore your health and vitality. Natural Nutrition can support us on many levels, including how connected we feel, how much energy we have, working with the mind and habitual thought patterns, feeling clearer and more aware and most importantly gaining a strong sense of empowerment about your own health and wellbeing.
Over the 6 weeks we will be looking at:
• Hydration and essential fatty acids.
• Equilibrium and PH.
• Detoxification and supporting the body’s routes of elimination.
• Gut health, pro-biotics and fermented foods.
• Seasonal cycles.
• Recipes, resources and food shopping.
Enter the journey to health, sharing experience and support with the small group each week, learning and taking comfortable steps back towards your optimum, healthy self.

Gluten, Dairy and Sugar Free Natural Nutrition Workshops

Looking in detail at gluten, dairy and sugar. Looking at their history, their effect on the body and at alternatives.
We will study some anatomy and physiology ie about gut health, intolerance etc..
and will cover techniques for making food more digestible, ie fermentation to include sauerkraut and kefir instructions.
There will be food demonstrations and tasters for all.
Everybody will receive an email handout with the information on it and a selection of delicious GF, DF and SF recipes.
