Avocado and nut smoothie recipe


25-30g nuts and/or seeds (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts, brazils, pumpkin seeds) – soaked overnight in water.
1/2 avocado
1tbsp natural yoghurt (optional)*
1 good quality raw egg yolk (optional)*
1 small glass of water
2tsp flax oil
1tsp lecithin granules (optional)*
2tsp supergreen powder
something to sweeten if desired, honey, or handful of berries

Whizz up and enjoy, add the flax oil at the end so that it isnt exposed to the air too much.
* add one of these things at least to promote absorption or the flax oil.

Raw Hummus

soaked sunflower seeds (soak water discarded)
turmeric powder
cayenne pepper
little dash of water, more to get desired consistency (usually more than you think)
olive oil
green powder (if you have)
apple cider vinegar
a few coriander seeds
table spoon of tahini or some sesame seeds
one or two small garlic cloves

without measurements as i just made it up and wanted to share it as it tastes great! Trust your intuition 🙂
Just whizz up in blender or food processor

I added mine to soaked and cooked quiona, with chopped french beans and flat bean and some cherry tomatoes. Yum!

Delicious, Healthy, Filling Smoothy

half cup of kefir made from raw biodynamic milk, you could use natural yoghurt or any other milk of your choice
hand full of soaked pumpkin seeds (soaked over night)
half a cup of soaked chia seeds (soaked over night) you could use soaked linseeds
tablespoon of slippery elm
teaspoon of coconut oil
teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 ripe banana
1 pro-biotic capsule emptied in
some aswaganda powder and shaktivari powder (optional)
and a large splash of water.

Whizz it up, keeping the soak water for the chia or linseeds and discarding for the pumpkin.
Pour out the delicious thick smoothy.

It has an earthy taste, its very filling and grounding, plus being a real good friend to your intestines 🙂

Healthy purple, pumpkin seed and avocado smoothy

250g of soaked pumpkin seeds and almonds 2:1 ratio
half an avocado
one raw egg yolk (optional)
1 tbls of flax oil
a glass of coconut water/ coconut or juice kefir / or filtered water
a few blueberries
1 teaspoon coconut oil

you could also add some plain organic yoghurt and some lecithin to help you absorb the flax oil, instead of the egg yoke if you dont fancy it!
