About Me

Lisa Christie is a Nutritional Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Young Peoples Social Worker. Throughout her life Lisa has been dedicated to helping people to grow and reach a greater level of balance, freedom and awareness. She has spent many years working with and caring for people in a vulnerable position including children and young people with learning difficulties such as autism and ADHD and supporting parents and young people with issues such as, addiction, behaviour, housing and education.

Lisa has always been focused on helping people to truly experience balance, harmony, freedom of expression and movement. However the importance of this vocation became fully apparent to her after being involved in a near death experience some years ago.

After this Lisa was filled with a new level of clarity and perspective, an awareness of what is truly important, an understanding that every moment is precious and the importance of truly appreciating what we have and really living life to the fullest.

Ever since Lisa has enriched the lives of those around her with her unflinching focus on that which really matters.

Lisa qualified as a Nutritional Therapist at The College of Natural Nutrition. Lisa focuses on bringing people back to a place of balance by various means including a nutritional programme uniquely tailored to each individuals needs. She also focuses on making detoxification a process that is as empowering as possible and provides continuous coaching and support throughout a person’s journey to health, as and when they need it.

Lisa completed her advanced yoga teacher training with Donna Farhi in New Zealand at the beginning of 2010. Working with developmental movement patterns and universal patterns in her classes, she thrives by sharing her passion with clarity and love.
